Removing floor coatings from projects can be a real hasslse and also put you at liability for floor damage. Old abrasive floor blast systems and even the old style hydroblast systems were designed to remove the coatings but the damage to the floor was almost unavoidable. With Pearson Enterprises Wolf 12-VRU set into the floor configuration its possible to remove all types of floor coatings and contaminants including lead paints and asbestos mastic to clean undamaged concrete. Our secret is our custom designed, engineered and manufactured blasting bars. All of our targeting and blasting systems are custom designed and manufactured to our specifications to ensure that surfaces are cleaned down to original, leaving them nearly totaly undamaged. We can also operate 4 of the 12 inch systems per shift off of one pump. With this system mastic removal of up to 20,000 sf per day can be acheived.
